The Qualities of Good Service

The Qualities of Good Service were developed by our First Apprentice Crew to set a standards for their workmanship.  We decided to paint the remaining wall of our Shop Co-op with the list of our qualities.  We also added the Golden Rule at the top.  I was surprised to learn that many people don't know what the Golden Rule is.  

I think what they came up with is a guide for all of us:

Good Manners
-Politeness
Communication
-Expectations
-Clarity
Reliability
-On Time
-On Task
Respect
-Coworkers
-Customers
-Things
Honesty
-Truthful
-Trustworthy​
