Join us in our yoga studio space for guided meditation, as we engage in held stretches.

Research has shown powerful benefits of yoga not just one the body, but on the mind.  We enhance our work on our mind through listening to recorded material designed to help let go of fear, anxiety and other limiting habits of mind.
