Research has shown powerful benefits of yoga not just one the body, but on the mind. We enhance our work on our mind through listening to recorded material designed to help let go of fear, anxiety and other limiting habits of mind.

If you have heard of Wim Hoff and had a hard time getting motivated to do the work, come get support and do a session as a group with us.
We will engage in 5 rounds of breathing and end with a crystal singing bowl silent meditation period.
