The Community House Network is dedicated to building healthy neighborhoods, and we believe it begins by helping our young people become the leaders of tomorrow.
ART GARAGE The Community House Network began out of a youth program initially run in a garage. This project focused on allowing the youth of the neighborhood to explore and direct their own learning using art materials and activities provided in the garage space. The project continued for 3 years and then was formalized into the Community House Network, NFP. Four years operating out of three locations led to the creation of the Ambassadors of Kindness character development program and the Conceptual Math Wizards. Returning to our roots, we have now made our programming available to outside organizations.
LET US COME TO YOU We now offer several afterschool and summer programming options for youth and are making these available to other non-profit organizations for free. These research-based programs are designed to build healthy self-identity and relationships with peers. The Ambassadors of Kindness focuses on building character, emotional well-being, and leadership skills. The Conceptual Math program helps build academic ability through creative artistic activities. Our baby chick program helps youth experience the joy of life and taps into their deepest emotional desire to nurture and be nurtured.
Our youth are the leaders of tomorrow. They need the experiences and skills that will help them step into this unknown future. We believe our programming can help.
