Reviewing the Past

It is easy to say what is wrong with everything and with life, but if I do, I can keep myself stuck. 

I am listening to a manifestation coach Este Cann as she shares her story of creating the life that she wants.  She shares her circumstances that brought her to where she wanted to be.  Everything in her life was in chaos.  She was homeless, jobless and alone.  Nonetheless, she encountered a teacher who told her to stop resisting her unwanted circumstances, just be.    She told her not to spend energy trying to fix the situation.  But to simply stop everything and meditate.

As she took this advice, that went against everything her conscious mind told her was right and true, she started to see changes.  She found a job and a place and her life started to change.  Fascinated by what had taken place, she began her own journey of exploring the way consiousness is involved in creation.

At first she realized she was manifesting in complete surrender, it was like a ship without a captain.

Then she discovered the "Superconscious secret."   Instead of creating from the lower aspects of the mind, or unconsciously, we have the capacity to be conscious cocreators with God.  This relates to us creating from our higher purpose.

Conscious mind- Thoughts, problem solving
Unconscious - Creating from the backstage, survival mode.
Superconscious - the higher self, the most creative. 

In every now moment, instead of saying something is wrong, it is necessary to say what is right.  If I see the beauty of what I have created, then I can be sure I will be in the energy of beauty. 

So I give myself this exercise now, to see the beauty in what was created at the Community House and Chrysalis House. I am just going to allow myself to let ideas flow onto the page

Meetings at the Community House, Singing the NA Traditions, Jim and Tina and CoDA meetings, deep vulnerability, getting married in the Art Garage, Azariah as the flower girl, and so much more.  There is a lifetime of things that happened over those four years.
