We are hosting our first
Opening Week Event April 13th Through 17th.
Come by for art and healing activities in the Huge Garage at Anaprana Healing Studio 1617 Valle Vista Blvd Pekin, IL 61554.
Daily Programming
Doors Open 3PM
Check Each Day for Special Programming
Monday we will Paint Together - 3:30 to 6PM
We will start our NeuroArt Session on the Half Hour. So you have 3 chances to join. 3:30, 4:30, 5:30. Supplies are provided. We will use a relaxed brain painting technique that means you can learn to tune into your creative super power, shut off the inner critic and learn to be present. Art is about expression. Letting go of control and learning to simply create is a joy. Come hang out with us and learn more about the Art Garage
Wednesday we will Heal Together. 4 to 6:45
We welcome you to come and experience Breath Work, Movement, and a Sun Salutation Challenge from 4 to 5. It will also be an opportunity to learn more about the healing spaces and healers who participate at the Anaprana Healing studio.
At 5:30 we will have Special Programming, our ongoing Healing the Child Within workshop and book study. Find out more here:

All are welcome to join in an Art Therapy approach designed to reveal the unconscious agreements we made with our families of origin.
We will have BABY CHICKS to cuddle and nurture as we learn to nurture our own inner child.
Thursday we will Learn Ukulele Together. 4 to 6pm
Ukulele's will be provided. This is a great activity for anyone who has wanted to learn to play an instument. We will learn the basics of how to strum, and the chords C, D, G and F. These chords are common in so many songs, that you can become a uke player in a single day. Opportunities to continue learning as a group will be presented.
Friday we will Play together. 3:30 to 6:30
Joy is what this life is all about. Come and play, have fun with us. We will have BBQ, fellowship and fun. We will tie dye Tshirts as a tradition in our Art Garage. Free Garden Boxes - First Come First Serve!
Also, our First Bi-Weekly Plant Sale will be held.
All Ages & All Kinds of People are Welcome.
